Chocolate Coconut Dip


  • 5 tbsp virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tsp raw cacao nibs
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tsp cacao powder – or another tsp of nibs
  • dash cinnamon
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • pinch salt salt


Blend in a Vitamix or blender until smooth. Place in the fridge or freezer until the top layer starts to harden up – but only long enough for the mixture to turn into a ‘dip’ consistency. Too long and you will get rock-hard choco “fudge” so be careful.
